What You See Is What You Get I dont know what idiot can not assemble an item. I had mine put together in less than an hour. It fits both my daughters and my shoes and also works as a catch all for all my mail as I walk in. It height is perfect. Ive even put some boots in here just to test it and its fine. Its the floppy top type boots but I didnt have to force them and honestly if I really wanted I could remove a shelf to allow for more room or simply adjust it.
