The product came with all materials and the instructions were easy to follow. Customer service quickly responded to my concern. 2 of the bulbs did come damaged they swiftly acted upon the issue and sent me a set of replacement bulbs. I am very happy with my experience and the bed frame is very sturdy. Nice finish
