Color: In actuality this bed renders itself more to the taupe family instead of tan. Luckily it worked well with the color scheme we selected but it looked nothing like the color depicted in the photo.
Assembly: Putting the bed together was very easy but the alignment of some of the holes was off so I was left with a few extra screws but still very sturdy considering.
Sturdiness: Although mostly sturdy, one of the slats broke within the first 24 hours of building from just sitting on it which was odd but we have no issue with any other slats breaking since. Not as easy as people say.
