Beautiful product, excellent customer service This is a really cute chair that seems to be well made, but it is not really comfortable for lounging--its a good chair to have a cup of coffee in and sit for a few minutes. The assembly was quite difficult because of the way it fits together. It wasnt complicated, just hard to execute. All in all, it is serving the purpose that we wanted it for--to be a cute chair in our adult daughters room for when she comes home on occasional visits.
