Easy to assemble, took about 30 minutes. All screws and tool are individually packaged and labeled to match the instructions. Very solidly built with a very nice slide out keyboard tray. The only issue I experienced was the corner part that connects the two sections of the L shaped desk was not drilled on both sides. I contacted the company, they requested an email with proof or purchase, the model and defective part number and told me they would respond in 24 hours. When I did not hear back from them, I called a second time, spoke with a supervisor who then requested a photo as evidence for their Quality Control team so they could correct future issues. I wish they had asked for the photo when I first called, but once I sent it, the following day the company made good by sending a replacement part via overnight FedEx. I would definitely purchase this product again and their customer service, while not perfect ultimately came through.
