I bought tod for my daughter and she loves it!! She is 12. It was very heavy once arrived. Need help to carry upstairs or indoors. I assembled Monday myself with little hello a few times from my 12yr old. Took me about 2hrs and wasnt difficult if you follow the directions. Is a little wobble but sturdy enough to where I feel safe even climbing. The ladder hurts feet when climbing but just use those water tubes and for to fit Simple and does the job.
