I know this product doesnt have a whole lot of reviews or even a whole lot of people who have bought it at this point but it is a great product. For the price it is amazing. The Box was about 4 ft tall and 2 and 1/2 wide when it arrived. The mattress was vacuum-sealed everything was very well prepared after we sanitized all components we open the box and pulled the vacuum seal out. The vacuum sealed package was only about 4 in thick in the plastic. Once we cut the plastic and remove the mattress we allowed it to inflate or fluff up for 20 minutes at that point it was a full size bed and extremely comfortable. There was an odd smell when we first opened the vacuum seal but if you read the package insert they warned you about the smell and it is not toxic.
