Our sleep quality has improved since using this mattress, but still have aches and pains several mornings per week (could just be old age). Much better than our pillow top mattress, and alot less expensive. Would definitely use for kids and guest rooms. Only problem is instructions state to have zipper side down, however we found this to be incorrect. The side with the uniform patterned nubs is the down side. We let ours inflate 36 hours before sleeping on, all fine. Havent had any warm weather yet to see if this mattress keeps us cool during nighttime. The size of box the mattress was shipped in is deceiving, that little box is mighty heavy, be careful when carrying.
