A few months after purchasing this item I realized that the bolts that hold the legs into the seat would come loose every 2 or 3 months and I had to tighten up the bolts to keep the legs from wobbling. Sadly I didnt tighten the legs up fast enough this last time and one broke off as a result. The legs would usually start to wobble and that would be my reminder to tighten them up but this last time I didnt notice a wobble instead the leg loosened some and snapped off when I leaned slightly to the right while sitting in the chair. While the leg is still intact the wood joint it screwed into is cracked. I contacted the seller asking if I could buy a replacement part to fix my chair and they agreed to send me a new chair seat to fix my broken one even though I purchased them over a year ago! I only had to pay for the shipping costs. So even though the chairs have an issue with the bolts coming loose they have excellent customer service.

I can say that the chairs are sturdy and very comfortable. I have a small kitchen dinette and not a lot of room for a dining table and chairs and I didnt want to end up with stools to sit on. These are a great size dont take up a lot of room while still holding a lot of weight, my husband and I are not small people and the weight capacity on these things are like 260? They definitely hold up under my husbands 200 pounds no problem. They have a soft cushioned back and seat to rest on. Also, they do look great and match the black table I bought separately.
