We bough this bunk bed unit for our grandsons who are 3 and 6, as they will soon been sharing a room when baby 3 comes along. The assembly was very easy with good instructions. They look so nice in the room. The room is small and this unit does not take up a lot of space which is what we were looking for. They have only been set for about 3 weeks now, but so far so good. They are not meant for adult weight, so if only used by kids it should be fine. If you decide to purchase this unit, I think you will be pleased. (Goes together so much easier than anything you will buy from ).
