This chair came with a stain before I even touched it. Easy to put together when you think about what makes sense and pretty much ignore the instructions. I had a different number of screws than the inventory had so I kept thinking I was missing something. Comfy chair but annoyed with the stain
udpate customer service was great and offered to send me a replacement cushion for the stained one. Unfortunately the date passed for which I needed the chair, and company gave me a refund. Really appreciated that great customer service. Unstable.
