We replaced a metal platform frame in one of the rooms at our Airbnb cottage with this bed. We have had larger guests from time to time who commented that the metal frame did not seem sturdy and indeed after 2 years it was showing some sagging. So I wanted something really bomb proof and solid. Boy did I get it! This bed is AMAZING. Its so well constructed. Holes line up with pegs. Beautiful natural wood that we will paint or stain at some point. Heavy! No middle leg. Neutral enough to fit into any decor. . I mean what more do you want? Assembly was actually pretty easy once we put the headboard on in the right direction. This thing will stand up to our guests for sure!
