I do like this bed and so do my kids but its descriptions were not accurate and that was disappointing. It did take me a while to put it together by myself. If you get the triple bunkbed make sure you read the directions in both boxes before you start. If you put it together right the first time its not a bad build and really anyone could do it. its easy to mix up the pieces and if you do it takes a lot longer
There were a few things that didnt match up with its descriptions. first it advertised bentwood slats. mine had small plywood slats which were not as supportive as I was expecting. It advertised not needing a box spring. That doesnt apply to foam mattresses only sprint. With foam mattresses you easily slip through the plywood slats. I added some 2x4s in the slots meant for the bentwood and that added enough support. It was also advertised to hold 225 lbs. The questions had varying answers about weight, but the actual weight limit per bunk is 165 lbs on mine.
I was also sent the wrong color bed, which they did make right by giving me a credit. I also had an option to return the bed but the grey ended up working for me.
good, but not what it was advertised as
