Reviews about wrong size chair legs are true. Ordered 4 chairs total; 1 of them was good, assembled without any issues. Two of them were OK, had to do some minor adjustments with legs to make chair sit flush without any wobbling. Last one just didnt work, serious wobble, and although I got it to work by adjusting legs, I decided to return for new chairs solely because you shouldnt need to be making adjustments to a brand new chair.
Chairs themselves are nice, comfortable, and I like the color. Bad QC at factory gets these chairs 2/3 stars.
Customer Service Returns / Awesome customer service. Never had a bad experience with . Might want to consider dropping this item though.
Note: I also ordered the table thats part of the set. 1 leg was 1/4 shorter than the other 3 legs. Had to do some twerking to get it to work. Chose not to return the table because the table itself was in pristine condition, and a lot of reviewers complained about cracks and scratches at arrival. Fast service.
