It is very comfortable but It is too heavy for me to use in nyc. It weights more than 66lbs. I didnt feel I could control its weight well when stopping or in a crowd. Love riding it! I had issues with the wheel attached to the handlebars . Only one screw. Customer service is from China so slow. we had a flat responded right away and is sent a new tube.but it was defective. This great bike shop showed me how cheap the tires are. All of these e bikes come with cheap tires I invested in quality ones cant afford flats. 3inch. . now I feel comfortable with this bike in nyc. My son will use it and maybe me once in a while. Its very cool bike!
Love that it folds but I found an electric Brompton that works better for me 30lbs totally different kind of bike. Store is in town for parts if needed Its a commuter bike vs a fat tire rugged bike
