Ive had the bike a couple weeks and have road approximately 150 miles. I ride from my house to a rails to trails bike path. I usually do around 20 miles daily. The bike is sturdy, I ride some off road mild to moderate trails, with the fat tires it does great. The bike is bigger than it looks in pictures. If you are shorter than 55 you may struggle with its height. Its also pretty heavy to pick up and move. Think bag of concrete heavy. It has your typical entry level components on it. If you know anything about bike mechanics, super easy to work with. Lube the chain it comes dry. Brakes are mechanical, cables are cheap and stretch. I put metal mtb pedals on for first ride. The one that it came with Id break 30 seconds down a trail. The battery life depends on a lot of factors like weather temperatures, flat or hills, and pedal effort. Straight throttle on level 3 will get you 15 to 20 miles. With peddle assist around 30 miles, PAS 2 over 40 miles. I wanted a pure class II bike to comply with my state laws, lots of tickets are given out in my area. Also I chose this bike over the letric because of external battery, internal batteries overheat in FL and the frame can hold 33 more weight at the rack. So far Im impressed, its performed extremely well for a entry level fat tire folder. Ill update if anything goes wrong.
Update 2/27/2022
370.1 miles the tripometer and speedometer stopped working. Ive also noticed a loss of power, will not go over 16mph in PAS3. support has been good. Waiting on a new controller. Hopefully that fixes the problem. Will update again.
Update*3/14/2022
So it wasnt the controller. support offered to replace the bike or send a new motor. The bike I have now has the blinking brake light and front rack screws. I didnt want to be sent one without those, its not guaranteed what you will get with supply chain.
Update 4/1/2022
New motor definitely works better than old one ever did. Im happy with support that I will call good but not great. Lastly I recommend buying motorcycle/scooter tubes if you pop a tube. Same price but 4x thicker. I have yet to get a flat with one.
So far better than expected or not. Updated.
