I dont usually write reviews but wanted to share my experience. Bought the bike for my son for Christmas and it is well built and feels like a strong bike. Easy to put together, needs a small tune/up after being ridden for amount as any new bike will, cables get stretched out. A month into owning the bike the battery locking mechanism breaks, no way to unlock the bike and turn the bike on. Something busted with the inside. I contracted through and showed photos of the busted lock and explained to them that the bike was no longer working. They sent us a new battery for his bike, now up and riding again.
