My 75 year old husband ordered this bike for his birthday. It arrived 2 days early. It was well packed, no scuffs or scrapes, Assembly was just putting on the pedals, charging the battery and airing the tires. Yesterday was the first ride. Everything worked as it should, very fast, very light pedaling needed in any gear or mode. Rode about 20 miles. Plenty of battery left. He is 175 pounds and it zips right along. We are very impressed with this bike and highly recommend it.
