It took me no time to put the bike together real simple, had a question about the handle bars sent them and e/mail with a picture and they got back to me quick saying it was correct. I have only had it for a couple weeks close to a 100 miles already, battery life is perfect, I love my new Hey Bike / people stop me all the time asking me about it. Great Purchase very happy
