    Customer Service after purchase is very good!

    Purchased my 8/5/2021. Have 1050 miles on it. Performs very well with one exception. Was losing miles on charge down to about 18 or so. Contacted Customer Service. After a few emails explaining what was happening. Hebike said they battery was covered by warranty and sent a replacement battery. Was amed by their service. Will recommend with 5 stars! If there was a 10 star recommendation I would give them that!!
