Pretty sturdy. Good size. I was skeptical to purchase this because shipping was going to take a few weeks. my chair came a full week and a half early and was in perfect condition. Easy assembly/ awesome sturdy chair. It also is quite comfortable and has a good amount of lower back support. So happy with my purchase!
