Let me st this off with all of the positives. The chairs look great, are very sturdy, and are incredibly comfortable. I have chronic back pain so back support is a must, and these chairs exceeded my expectations. The only thing I think was a bit misleading was the assembly. I dont know if there are some inconsistencies in the production or if I just got lucky, but the pre/drilled holes on my set where not aligned well so it took quite a bit of brute force to finally get them together. Took me about two hours to get both chairs together. I would recommend these chairs to anyone / like I said more good than bad, but I would set aside some time for assembly. Hopefully it was just a fluke that mine were difficult and yours come out perfect. Good luck! This item is good! Satisfied.
