The company asked that I reached out to them before I left a bad review. I did that and the sent a automated response of send pictures and state problem. I did, BUT they havent responded, I assume once they heard Ill need a new head and foot board to rectify the problem.
Issue the ball posts on the top of each corner didnt have proper receiving holes to twist into (not threaded correctly) . 3 of the 4 posts did and will not accept the ball top. So that means I cant do it for any of them.
I gave 2 stars on value since it wasnt what I paid for.
If they would have had good customer service and made it right, they would have gotten 5 stars.
