Used a power drill to install this unit. The best way to install this is to lay out all the pieces to where they belong so you dont not screw on the connectors the wrong way. If you dont not have a power drill you will spend some time unscrewing and rescrewing the prices together. Took me 30 mins from start to finish to assemble this bed either way. The fabric on back of the head more was over lapping where the leg attached so I had to cut it so the leg would fit. Also some of the staples were but pushed all the way down. So I had to hammer some in to get the screws to line up on the head board. Would still give this 5 stars just based on the price.
