This couch is pretty easy to put together after a few incorrect attempts, and is fairly comfortable. Maybe less so for sleeping on it. I had the opportunity to interact with the customer service reps at and found them to be very responsive and helpful. In the process of moving across town after unboxing the couch, the legs were lost. I contacted the company about buying replacement legs and while they dont actually sell replacements, they did agree to provide a one time free replacement and they sent them promptly. Not so bad.
