Product is great so far. Nice looking, easy to put together, and sturdy. My issue is that the box was opened and damaged in many places upon delivery. Because of the condition of the packaging, the headboard has cuts and scratches in it. Very unhappy about that. Hopefully the customer service will fix this issue.
