I am updating again. First let me say: the seller was great and worked with us. We did finally mixed and matched between original and replacement pieces and got chair put together. Could have just been unfortunate luck for us.
I am updating again. Received replacement parts for arm, not one set of holes for the bolt do not line up. The seller has been working with me and I am grateful for that. Sent another email to seller tonight.
I am updating my review and changed rating from 1 to 4. The seller has been communicating with me and I have sent pictures to the seller of the damaged parts. They have sent an email today stating that they will be sending replacements for the damaged parts. When I receive the replacements. I will review again.
One support screw in the middle arm rest (D1) that attaches the bottom frame will not go into the threading piece. (Cannot screw into to the Hole). Then continuing to next step found frame on footrest is bent. Returning this item. We had ordered on in the beginning of 2022 and it was fine no problems...so very disappointed with the second order. Hope fully they can send a new one in good condition.
