Purchased this for moms new place in assisted living (its so much like sending a kid to college!). My brother and I got it assembled in about an hour - did not come with washers but we got some from home and put it together. Was a little nervous on a few screws that the holes werent aligned but with a little patience (and only one cursed word) we got it together. It is a bit stiff for sleeping but I picked up a self inflating camping roll which fits perfectly and makes it more comfortable. Once assembled its easy to move from chair to bed. Will be crafting a pillow cover to match her quilt and maybe a mat to go on the seatlove it and a great value.
