I bought this because I cant use a jump rope anymore. Its great for working your legs and some cardio at the same time. It was easy to assemble with the hardest part being putting on the elastic protection cover for the springs. The adjustable handrail does wobble a little, the reason for the 3 stars. At my age, a recommended buy for getting a workout. Easy to set up.
