I bought this trampoline in January of 2020, wanting to have a way to stay active during the winter. After reading many reviews on , I picked this one, and combined with its reasonable price, felt this was a great value. I was looking for a trampoline with a handle bar, small size and easy to assemble. This trampoline was very easy to assemble, and quite sturdy, and the perfect small size for indoor use. It does not squeak while jumping and gives a great bounce. The handle bar height is easy to adjust with simple knobs, and can be removed for more vigorous jumping. My customer service experience was quite satisfying; the edge cover developed a tear after a few months of use. I snapped a photo of the tear, and sent it in an email to the company. Covid was happening at that time, but a rep from their company emailed me promptly, and told me not to worry, a replacement cover would come. She kept following up in emails, as the virus had all but halted business as usual. I received the cover in a few weeks time, again, with their rep following up with email. Overall, a great product and stellar customer service! Very durable.
