I am very happy because customer service quickly resolved the problem of the defective ottoman. It only takes one day to come. Wow awesome. We will continue to trust for what we need for our home. I love how they look in our living room. Thanks . They are the best!

I want to keep thinking that has quality products. But I did not like that one of the two ottomans came with the sides dented in. Two spots around, the other one is perfect. They didn’t come together either, one in the morning the other in afternoon. I just wonder if it was the deliverers threw it around not sure but really bothers me that it has these dents. But all in all I love how the ottomans look in my living room.
