Customer support from this company was exceptional. It wasnt hard to assemble at all. Im a 30 year old woman 50 tall, did it all by myself honey! My 7 year old son loves his new bed! I have an 8inch mattress on top a 5inch mattress for the trundle which fits perfectly!
