My daughter lives on the 3rd floor of a 4 story apartment complex. I needed a fairly inexpensive but sturdy sofa that would be packaged for easy move in and didnt really want a futon. This totally fit the bill! Came in 2 boxes, easy assembly and comfortable enough to watch tv on and curl up. Very easy to assemble!
