Came undamaged. The directions could be written better. Hardware for the backboard was included in the package. The product is engineered ok, cheaper materials. Pressboard not metal. Laminated exterior.
Took about an hour to assemble, went together easily and all needed Hardware was included. Decent overall product and value. Cant say how long it will last but probably a long time if treated kindly. Might not survive a move however.
