I was a little bit disappointed as the chair was not as tall as I expected it to be, I automatically assumed counter height being able to sit tall enough to work where my bar stools are at, sadly it is not please make sure and measure how tall you need your seats to be, it is tall enough to sit at a regular kitchen counter NOT a bar which is a bit higher. Other than that this chair is very nice quality. The velvety material is so soft and the seat is comfortable to sit in. It provides adequate lower back support and a place for your feet to rest on the bottom. Just make sure and measure how tall you need your chair or know that if where you are putting it is higher than a standard kitchen counter, this chair is going to be too short. Still love it.
