I wanted to write this review, I received a defective safe the first time, but Alan sent me a replacement no questions asked and my replacement safe worked flawlessly. The safe is well built, the instructions could be better, but be sure to register the product and ask them for help if you have problems. In my experience, they will make sure you have a working product. This item was correct.
