Shipping was quick and packaging for this product was awesome, it was well packed. The safe is heavier than I thought, which is great, makes me fell more comfortable with the overall product of it. It is not thin or light weight like a file cabinet, definitely much more solid overall, especially the door. Like any product that requires programming, best to read the instructions carefully but know everything works and is fully functional. I really really love the biometic feature on this, works like a charm! Overall, I am impressed with this safe and would recommend it. Works great!!
