Good bouncing service, good service for replacing broken part
Update: I sent the company an email, and they sent me some replacement legs and a partial refund for my trouble. I am quite pleased. I will repeat that the actual trampoline surface is great, very strong and bouncy and the kids love it. Just the handle was a problem, but bigger kids wont need the handle anyway.
The legs attached to the handles widened with use such that now they do not screw tightly onto the threads on the trampoline frame. I removed the handle (which was never very secure or confidence/inspiring) but the damage was already done / several feet are loose and one wont attach at all. I tried to reach out to product support but the website link from doesnt work and googling the product just gets me links to buy it. If the manufacturer would send me replacement legs, I would be happy / the actual jumping part is great (which is why it gets two stars instead of just one).
