Beautiful product, excellent customer service Firstly the box was in excellent shape. Second, all the parts were in fantastic shape and the parts were well packaged. Instructions were pretty easy. My husband put it together quickly with a little help from me and it was very sturdy and stable. Gotta say I was pretty impressed. I think my grandkids are gonna love it!
