In addition, they were beautifully wrapped each in its own poly drawstring protective bag and separate stuffing in the box to help prevent smashing in the event of rough handling. Ive ordered furniture from companies charging 6 times the cost of one chair and they didnt come close to the level of professionalism of Dorel. They reiterate that Customer Satisfaction is their most important goal and to contact them immediately if I had any questions or concerns. The enclosed product info brochure and instruction sheet was explicit and well designed. These guys could teach the rest of the industry how to make a product presentation. The chair is scaled down version of a club and has a firm seat with an upright back. Perfect for reading with your feet up in front of the fire (our cottage in Maine on the water). I would love to see a fabric upgrade option added to their chairs and sofas. These are also easy to make slipcovers for from a pair of Ikea canvas drapes (28). Keep in mind next time you are looking for furniture.
