The chair is great overall, I just needed a bit more lumbar support due to my back issues. Though the height adjuster on the chair lost functionally and wouldnt maintain adjusted height, the seller did communicate well with me and tried to their best ability to resolve the issue. I believe the issue was a faulty part and isolated to my chair. Over all it is a great chair and looks nice in the office. Enjoyed it.
