I received an email from Myka in response to my disappointment. She offered to send me a replacement for the hydraulic lift. She kept her word, and I received it at no cost. It has been installed, and so far so good. The chair is actually taller than it was, which I think is what another reviewer experienced. Thats OK because it was too low before. I appreciate the good customer service and Im amending my rating to reflect my satisfaction with receiving the replacement part. Thank you, Myka.
The material and comfort of the cushions are good; however, this chair is not made for a bigger girl like me. The hydraulic lift quit working within a few months. Im short and like to have my chair lift me up so Im even with the top of the desk so using the computer is comfortable. My chair will lift to the highest position, but begins to sink immediately. Ive had to put a pillow in the chair to raise me to the height of the desk. Ive had the chair less than a year and am already looking for my next chair. This works.
