The first chair I ordered had a broken arm so I initiated a return. I thought I would save the seller the hassle of having another return in case the replacement chair had an issue so I waited for the new chair to arrive before shipping back the first chair. Apparently, I needed to return the first chair BEFORE the replacement chair would ship so I had to initiate another return for the same item. This was very confusing and there wasnt good communication until I sent a message to the seller. The seller assured me that a new chair was on the way and sent a tracking number when available. When the replacement chair arrived, the box was completely split open and there was a mark on the side where the base had been slammed into the cardboard. I had little hope that the chair would be ok, but was pleasantly surprised that it was perfectly fine! I love the chair and the customer service resolved my issue although there could have been clearer communication. All in all though, I am happy with the purchase and the price for this very comfortable and luxurious chair! Pretty sturdy. Good size.
