I was hoping this chair would be as comfortable as it looks in the pictures. The one I got looks just like the picture online, but it is not soft and plush, its is very firm, I couldnt even sit in it for the entire day (I work from home). Also It didnt roll well, I have the wood plank for it to sit on like my old one and it just scraps across, I also tried it on my kitchen linoleum floor / same thing even though no one was sitting in it. the arm rest sits just an inch or two lower then in my old chair and there is no way to adjust it (they move with the seat) so my arms wouldnt rest comfortably on them. The reclining function was nice and smooth, not too loose or stiff, however, after about 4 hours when I would come up from a reclining position it would make a loud click.
