Bought it for my mom thats elderly, she loves it , dont be surprised to get 2 shipments on different days. 1 box came today other box came the next day, I freaked out but customer service from the company got in touch very quickly.

Very nice product. Love the massage. One little problem though, when I sit in it for awhile my tail bone starts to hurt.

Purchased two of these chair, one of the motors died within months. contacted manufacturer/seller and they contacted me. figured it was motor and since I couldnt ship chair backI asked for new motor, it was not hard to figure that was problem. I had nothing to lose to try new motor which they shipped to me free of charge! Voila, chair works again. I recommend this supplier because they stand by their products. Thank you!

That its massage a large section of the body
Its low profile and the fact that it massage a large part of your body thats what I like about it. It could be more sturdy so thats what I really dont like about it and it could be more rough and the massage section its a little bit too moderate
Not 32 closer to 6 feet. Not going to work as planned
Its not going to work for what I bought it for. I dont know if its going back yet or if it works. Its just sitting there filling my hallway while I try to decide where it can possibly work since its not 32 but 6
