Good for the money
Im very happy with this size but keep in mind the top bunk is pretty high up. This means the bottom bunk has lots of room underneath. My teenager put it together so Im not sure if he didnt tighten it well enough to be super sturdy but the metal appears very sturdy. The only room for improvement I think would be in a having a better latter that doesnt hurt your feet when you climb. Using pipe protector Styrofoam would probably help on each step.

Single mom of tween and a teen. I wanted a bunk bed that would accommodate the queen mattress we already had. I soon found out this is nearly impossible to find and if you do they are insanely expensive. This does fit the queen mattress perfectly on the bottom. No box spring (it will not fit). I purchased an XL twin mattress off and it fit great for the top. I think a normal twin would be too small. The kids love it and it fit nicely into their tiny room. Putting this together was a pain in the ass. It took FOREVERlike 4 hours with the three of us. We are typically pretty handy. The instructions are pictures only. The amount of times we had to take it apart and flip a piece around bc they didnt show the correct placement was insane. The parts were missing labels or labeled incorrectly. You definitely need more than one person to hold while one or two put the parts together. This was the biggest reason for the review. It seems sturdy enough assuming they treat it like a bed and not a jungle gym. It does squeak but maybe that from the assembly job I did. Honestly for the price I would buy it again even with the assembly issues.
For a boys room its worth it
I purchased this bed for my boys room and it is doing its job. Took a while to put together but definitely worth the purchase.

It works for a guest room.
Lots of parts and time consuming but not difficult to assemble. Set it up in the room you want it to stay, moving will take total disassemble. Not the sturdiest bunk bed but it works. Not for the obese.
Good for the price
I like how this is easy to assemble. Its good for the price. The only problem we have is that it does wobble alot and the ladder is not thick enough so it is really painful to the feet when you climb the top bed. We had to install another ladder and we also put some brackets screw to the wall to hold the bed and it did help with the wobbling.
