Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. Our grandmother accidentally pulled the cable and the lifting mechanism stopped working. They offered great advice on how to fix the motor/cable and then went on to send a replacement if their advice did not work (it did). Thank you!

A good chair for the price

For the price, its good value for money. It does all the advert says it does and does it satisfactorily. You cant expect the material to be as good as real leather and it does feel quite plasticy. Likewise the construction, whilst it does its job, Is not the same as you would get on an expensive chair. Nevertheless, for value for money, its excellent and its unfair to compare it with a chair costing 1,000. One thing I really didnt like was that the spring holding the footrest in the reclined position is very strong and it took a lot of effort to push it back and get the rest to lock in position.

Takes a few days to get used to the movement. I do like the rocking.

I cant get used to the swivel. Even when reclined my dog sits beside the chair next thing Im facing the window.

Not bad

I brought this for my fiance for Christmas, he likes it but says the only down fall is the heat and the massage isnt any good. Says the chair is comfor overall. But thinks its misleading as feels the chair just vibrates, doesnt really heat up.

Room rearrangements

Went in the front room and does exactly what we wanted, only downside is that some of the black on the seat has already come off

How to recline the chair

I love this chair fits my lounge perfectley but I cannot recline it my daughter who is much stronger than me also had trouble just wonder if there is s a knack to it

Not comfy

Looks really comfy, but its not, very firm am hoping after a while it softens a bit Be great if you need firm seat but im more into comfort. Features work well, worth the money, if you want a hard seat. Delivery, i live on 1st floor, 11 concrete steps to climb, expected me to sort out getting it up, told him to take it back if he could not deliver, turned into superman, up the stairs in 20 seconds

Great value for money and looks good

Looks great and great storage just wish Id know that the would come the day after the stools were deliver by a different courier and had no instructions in either package was a nightmare to build the but once built is sturdy and strong just took ages to build without instructions

Seat padding could be better, started off as very comfy chair

Initially very happy with this chair, very easy to put together and super quick delivery however after a couple of weeks I can feel springs coming through so padding not the best. As was very happy , I threw all packaging away so would not now be able to return so feel bit annoyed with myself. Do not think I will be able to use this for a long period of time so wishing I had just spent more to start off with.

Super comfy but not great quality

Arrived a day late, but was the fault of the delivery company running out of time for deliveries on the day it should have turned up. Putting the two parts together should have been easy, but one of the clips wasnt lined up correctly and the position of the screws made it difficult to loosen. Took almost an hour in the end. It started out very comfor but after a couple of days I noticed the massage motors had moved on top of the foam at the front of the seat. They arent noticeable all the time, but they can make a few seating positions uncomfor. Massage itself is quite loud as reported by others, so Ive disconnected the cables for it for the time being. Its also a bit smaller than I was hoping for, Im quite a big guy though so its not unexpected. Probably should have taken some measurements beforehand. Its more like sitting in a comfy cinema seat. For context Im a little under 6ft tall and have a 40in waist. No issues with the reclining function, although I did have to help my girlfriend push the foot rest back in when she tried it out as it was too strong for her.
