I ordered the KING HEADBOARD and FOOTBOARD, Im SO THRILLED with this for my new adjustable SPLIT/KING bed! I read one of your reviews from a woman who said that she also has an adjustable bed. She said that because adjustable beds COME WITH THEIR OWN BASE, the only pieces she used were the headboard, the footboard, the side rails. My handyman ERIC did the same thing, based on the so helpful review, I adore it! I cant believe that there some negative reviews! Its gorgeous, durable, beautiful quality and affordable. Did I say that I love it? Nice well made.
Not worth it
The bed looks pretty but it is very very low to the ground even at the highest setting. the plastic pieces used to lock in the slats keep popping out constantly You need alot of patience to build this!
Beautiful and sturdy
Put it together by myself in less than an hour (would be easier with help) beautiful and sturdy ended up purchasing a box spring because with only a mattress it set a little lower than Im used to. Would recommend Quality products.
Mattress has hump in center
We bought this bed to house our newly purchased king size mattress. Installation was simple and the bed is sturdy enough. However, there is 1 major flaw to the bed. Because of the way the support slats lay across the center frame, the mattress has a hump from top to bottom all the way down the center. If the slats were flattened in the center of each of them (where they overlap the center support beam this would not be an issue. I seriously am considering a return, however, for now, weve placed hardwood felts (about 3/16 inch thick) on all 6 outer legs so that the center will sag and remove the jump. This should fix our problem, but still, it wouldnt have to be done this way if the bed was properly designed and engineered in the first place. Not all material shipped.
Bonus bed
Attractive, well constructed bed. The fact that it works either as a platform bed or with a box spring is a bonus. Nice product.

Screws did not fit in headboard
Overall quality, durability is good for this bedframe. It was easy assembly. The reason for mediocre rating is that the screws did not fit into one section of the headboard. Not sure if the screw hole was not engineered correctly as none of the screws provided didnt fit. So instead of having 4 screws hold the headboard to the bottom piece, only 2 screws are holding it. It is such a large item that I dont want to hassle with returning it. We will just have to be careful and not move the headboard and wiggle too much on the bed. Otherwise I was happy with everything else. Super small!

Used plumbing tape on all the screws to diminish squeaking Not so bad.
